By downloading, installing, or using Inbetween (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Inbetween is operated by Andrea Dailey. The App helps users find meeting spots between two or more locations. The App provides venue suggestions based on location, ratings, and availability. Results are provided for convenience and may vary based on third-party data sources. The App is provided as a lightweight tool for informational purposes only.
Inbetween does not require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device.
Inbetween offers a one-time "Pro" upgrade ($2.99 USD, lifetime access) that unlocks unlimited locations. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are handled by the respective store according to their policies.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App without permission.
Inbetween is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of venue information, travel times, or availability. Always verify important details independently.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inbetween and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
The app uses Google Places API and other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
